Which set of Atlas plans did you download? The ones pointed to by John in this thread is already 1/16 scale and includes an instruction sheet for building. 21" is a very small boat and probably best suited for an electric motor. There is no gas motor that I know oh that is small enough for a boat this size. If you mean a glow fuel motor, I think I would stick to a .12 size engine. Doug |
