Default Need help with electric Cat

Hi
I would like to know if it is possible to have reverse on an electric boat. Also if it is possible to control the thrust direction of two motors independantly. Can anyone help?

hi mate,
got your answer yet?
I'm new here but can help with that.
you will need two esc - one for each motor- and a v-tail mixer. this then wires one to the throttle and one to the rudder ch on the reciever. (this gives independant motor control)
if you have a rudder servo and a spare ch you could move the rudder servo to a different ch........depends on you tx for control simplicity....
the esc 's should be reversable.......try car type if marine will not reverse, this will also depend on your tx.....
works well for aircraft but that did not require reverse :-)

regards
don
