Default Tech Help, please

First let me say that I'm new here and really like the site. I too enjoy making things from scratch instead of kits, so free boat plans are great. The problem I am having now is that when I click on download plans it says that I cannot link directly to this download. What can I do? or should I do?

All advise is welcomed and appreciated.

I'm not so sure it's your settings. I have tried several times to dodwnload plans and continually getthe response that I'm trying to download too fast and that I have to wait 29 seconds before downloading another file. Only problem with this is that I haven't downloaded anything else and it happens on every plan I try to download. The counter even shows I have 8 downloads when I actually have none Anyone have any ideas?
